FUTUREKORP EVENT PARTICIPANT TERMS & CONDITIONS
By registering for, accepting an invitation to, or attending any event hosted by Futurekorp (“Event”)—whether held in person, online, or in a hybrid format—you (“you” or “your”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as Futurekorp’s Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and the Code of Conduct detailed below. Futurekorp may modify or supplement these terms at any time, including for specific events, by written notice.
1. REGISTRATION AND ACCESS
Your receipt of a ticket, invitation, or confirmation (“Pass”) constitutes a conditional license to attend the Event, subject to approval by Futurekorp or its authorized partners (“Ticket Providers”). Futurekorp reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Pass request at its sole discretion. Upon acceptance, you will receive confirmation by email or other written method. Retain this confirmation for your records.
Passes are for individual, personal use only and may not be sold, transferred, or repurposed for commercial use, marketing, promotions, contests, or sweepstakes without prior written consent from Futurekorp. Transfer of a Pass is permitted only with written approval.
By accepting a Pass, you confirm that:
It is solely for personal use.
You will not sell or offer it for resale.
You will not use it for business promotions or advertising.
2. EVENT ENTRY & REMOVAL
Futurekorp reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any person from the Event at any time for any reason, including noncompliance with these terms or disruptive conduct, as determined solely by Futurekorp.
Access to specific areas within the venue may be limited based on Pass type or permissions. All attendees are expected to comply with Futurekorp staff instructions and all posted or communicated guidelines.
Tickets are non-refundable unless the Event is canceled and not rescheduled. Refunds, if any, are issued at Futurekorp’s discretion.
3. CHANGES, POSTPONEMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Futurekorp may reschedule, relocate, modify, or cancel the Event for any reason, including but not limited to health and safety concerns, weather, or logistical requirements. In such cases, Futurekorp’s liability will be limited to either refunding the ticket price or offering a credit toward a future Event—at its discretion. Travel and accommodation costs are not reimbursed.
4. RECORDINGS AND MEDIA
No personal photography, video, or audio recording is allowed during the Event without prior written consent.
Futurekorp and its partners may capture footage, photographs, or recordings during the Event. By attending, you grant Futurekorp the unrestricted right to use your image, likeness, and voice in all media formats, including promotional and editorial content, without compensation or the right to inspect or approve such use.
You waive any claims relating to the use of such materials, including claims of privacy violation, publicity rights, defamation, or copyright.
All Event-related content and materials are the intellectual property of Futurekorp or its content partners. Use of any Futurekorp trademarks or branding without written permission is prohibited.
5. CODE OF CONDUCT

6. LIABILITY & LIMITATIONS
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Futurekorp’s total liability for any claim arising out of your attendance or ticket purchase is limited to the greater of (i) the amount you paid for your Pass, or (ii) $1,000 USD.
